"I was pretty much born with a pen in my hand. Writing came to me naturally just as art eventually did."
Brooklyn born and bred, Andrew navigated through one of the worst Junior High Schools in the early 90's and discovered his creative talents in the process. The youngest of 5 children, he set himself apart from his siblings with his outspoken nature, rebellious energy, and creative spirit. That spirit spun him directly into acting, music, writing, art and some activism.
"If Dedicated was my introduction to the world, then Case In Point will blow the doors off"
Andrew's first book Dedicated was years in the making. Always known to be sort of an "old soul" he usually penned his quiet thoughts and musings and shared it among friends. It took him a while to actually want to get it done until words from his new affiliate Al Patron were simple and straight to the point, "Write it and be great"
"I started this podcast because I like to hear myself talk and I believe most of the shit I say is true."
Whether it was his 10+ years as an artist, his constant sport debates with his best friend and manager Fresh, or his need to question authority, it was no doubt that a podcast was coming. "Case In Point" launched in the summer of 2014 shortly after he released his first book "Dedicated". Sparked by the untimely death of Mike Brown, Andrew felt that it was time to share his thoughts with the world raw and uncut.
"It's all about growth, If you're alive and you aren't growing what the fuck are you doing?"
Never satisfied Andrew continues his journey and developing friendship with Al Patron, LBBP, and OPUS; along with collaborating with other people in the future while working on his second and third book.
