Wally's Words: The Rules - a poem

Your heart ever beat so hard your whole chest moved?

Too late to cry over you, let’s plan your next move.

Don’t dwell and let your feelings ingest you.

Stay one step ahead whenever you check her that’s a chess move.

Treat her good and eat her like Hannibal Lector.

Be respectful.

And remember everything about the day that you met her.

That’s the best move.

Remember small things.

And be spontaneous.

Drop in with flowers.

No matter the occasion.

Reflect what she makes you feel till she can see what amazing is.

Respect her and love will be the source of what that craving is.

Be the man of her dreams while she’s wide-awake.

And don’t let outside opinions decide your fate.
